Multi-Talented Admin Assistant Top producing real estate broker seeks Multi-Talented Admin Assistant. Licensed agent strongly preferred. Job entails a variety managing and compiling folders of pre-escrow documents, disclosures and other legal documents, opening escrows and coordinating with the title company. Communicating with other agents, listing and showing properties. Answering the phone in a professional manner. Resizing image files for web, webposting and creating marketing flyers.
